How do I access my purchase?

All digital items are available for instant download right after purchase.
You’ll also receive an email with a download link — be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

How do I make my own editable copy in Google Sheets?

I’m getting a “view only” message — what do I do?

Do you offer refunds on digital items?

Click File → Make a Copy to save the sheet to your own Google Drive.
Once it’s yours, you can freely edit and customize it.

Because digital files can’t be “returned,” all sales are final.
However, if you have an issue with a file or something isn’t working as described, please reach out — I’ll make it right.

Can I use this in Excel or Numbers?

Yes — most of my trackers can be downloaded as Excel files.
Go to File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) to export.

Nope! Everything runs inside Google Sheets — no extra plugins or paid apps required.

Do I need special permissions or add-ons?

Can you help me customize a tracker?

Definitely! I offer optional add-on services for custom tweaks or personal setup. Just email heidi@pixelandpurpose.shop with what you’re looking for, and I’ll send the next steps.

Can I use these with the free version of Canva?

Your PDF download will include a link that says “Access Template.”
Click it, log into Canva (or create a free account), and it’ll open instantly.

Absolutely! All of my templates work perfectly with Canva Free — no Pro subscription required.

How do I access my Canva template?

Can I change the fonts, colors, or images?

Canva works best on desktop for editing templates, but you can use the Canva mobile app for quick tweaks or downloads.

Will these work on mobile?

Yes! Every template is fully customizable.
You can swap in your brand colors, upload your own photos, and personalize text however you like.

Can I print these files at home?

Yep! Use standard printer paper or lightweight cardstock for best results.
All templates are sized for easy at-home or professional printing.
